Don´t miss this real highlight of Czech beer culture during your stag weekend in Prague and join a brewery tour! You will explore one of the oldest breweries in the Czech Republic located right in the centre of Prague – U Fleku brewery. This is a must-do for all beer lovers! It dates back to 1499 and has been brewing continuously for over 500 years without pause. Be prepared to taste the brewery´s own 13° unfiltered dark lager which you can’t taste anywhere else in the world!

The brewery is a real piece of history with unique architecture and a tour through their brewing process is really interesting for every beer lover.

The brewery still brews their own speciality Flek´s 13° unfiltered dark lager according to the original ancient recipe. The beer is not exported anywhere so visiting the place is the only opportunity to taste it.

At U Fleku, you are welcomed by a brewery guide who takes you for a 45 minutes private brewery tour. You will start with a 10 minute video introducing you to the history of the brewery and its restaurant. After the video, you will explore the lager cellar, ancient brewhouse, unique coolship and copper vats from 1937, in which beer is still brewed today, and other premises. You will taste the house´s 13° unfiltered dark lager during the tour and receive Flek´s original beer glasses as a farewell gift at the end.

Our guide meets you at the agreed point (e.g. hotel) and walks you to the brewery or arranges a taxi/public transport at your expense if you wish.

The brewery is located in the Prague centre with easy accessibility and therefore we don’t provide any means of transport by default. In case you would like to book a transport, add from the extras.

The brewery is located in Prague centre not far from Karlovo Náměstí.

  • This is a private tour.
  • Tours are available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
  • Tours can be held in English, German, French, Italian, Russian and Spanish. Please let us know which language you prefer when booking.
  • Even smaller groups than 10 can book but the price for the minimum must be abided.
