Last-minute doesn’t mean sketchy — if you stick to this one rule
We’ve been around the stag do block a few times. And believe it or not, we’ve seen one pulled together in under 24 hours.
Hopefully your deadline’s not that tight — but either way, with the right moves, you can still pull off an unforgettable send-off.
At this point, the golden rule is: keep it simple. Don’t try to over-impress, just aim for a trouble-proof plan that actually delivers. Now’s not the time for flying your mate somewhere tropical or pulling off grand gestures. With the clock ticking, your best move is to get the biggest bang for your buck… with the least effort possible.
1. Lock in the essentials
First things first: find a place to stay. Last-minute deals will be your best mates here. Check the usual platforms, sometimes the discounts are surprisingly decent. Try searching for “cheap holiday to prague” or similar terms.
And don’t sleep on hostels either. Some have big group rooms, which means you could score an awesome shared setup for a fraction of what you’d pay for multiple hotel rooms for your weekend in Prague.
If you spot something that tickles your fancy (okay, more like convenience at this point), grab it. You’ve got zero time to waste.
Next up: transportation. How are you getting from the airport to your place? If you want to take a little stress off your shoulders, check out how we can pick you up in style. Does a Hummer limousine sound ok? 😏
Because honestly, after landing, the last thing you want is to cram into a bus with your backpacks and a bunch of cutely grumpy Czechs for 45 minutes. 😀
I know we said convenience over luxury at this point — but this is one thing you can totally outsource to us and still arrive in style.
2. Big impact activities, minimal prep time
Okay, you probably won’t be dining at that one Michelin-starred restaurant in Prague that needs to be booked months in advance, even if your engaged friend is a top-tier foodie. No worries, though! There are plenty of easy-to-book activities that don’t require weeks of planning.
These are the ones we can line up for you within a day or two. Or just take the inspo and book something similar on your own!
- Prague Pub Crawl: Always available, low effort, high fun. Plus, it’s perfect if not everyone in the group knows each other — by the third Prague bar, you’ll all be best buds.
- Steak & Strip Dinner: Steak and a little dance, both equally enriching. 🙂 This isn’t a hit-or-miss situation. This is guaranteed success.
- Sexy Girl Strippers & Sexy Wake-Up: How do you add that touch of exclusivity without losing your mind trying to score reservations to the best shows in town? Simple: Hire strippers to come to you. Or take it up a notch with a private sexy wake-up. I mean, who’s gonna listen to their alarm clock when the first thing they see is a dancer at the foot of the bed?
- Foodie or Beer Fun: You can’t go wrong with plenty of food or beer. It’s not exactly a Michelin-star experience but who cares, right? Take your lads to a medieval dinner in Prague and make some epic (and slightly dark) memories together!
Adrenaline Options: Shooting ranges Prague, escape rooms, go-karting. You’ve got every right to let the boys in you come out for your stag do — and go all in on the fun this city’s got to offer!
3. Gang up with the pros
Still feeling overwhelmed? That’s totally okay. It’s your first time organizing a stag do, we remember exactly what that feels like.
Since then, we’ve pulled off hundreds of parties, so by now, we’ve really got the hang of it.
If you’re ready to take a shortcut, just reach out. You can brief us over WhatsApp, and the moment you put your phone down, we’ll get to work.
We can handle the whole thing, from airport pickup to getting you back to the terminal, or you can outsource just the parts you don’t want to deal with (or aren’t sure you’d nail).
Like connecting you with our local guides to Prague, for example — the kind you’d probably never think to contact on your own.
4. Ask for an ok, nothing else
Make a list of the places, transport, and activities you’ve picked, and send it to the group for approval. No big debates. No eight people throwing in their “tips and ideas.”
You’re the one in charge — you found the best options that fit the agreed budget. Now all you need is a quick thumbs-up, and you’re good to go.
Alright, that’s it from us for now. Feeling a bit calmer? You’ve got this. Seriously. And if you ever start second-guessing, just hit us up. Our contact info’s right up there. Or follow this badass cheat sheet we put together.
See you in Prague!
